You invested tears, years, and stress into your education and rigorous training. You finally enter the field to change people’s lives, only to realize your training has neglected areas that now are creating obstacles in your practice, leaving you feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I’ve felt those same experiences that led to second-guessing myself and even feeling insecure until amazing mentors and training experiences bridged the gaps. Since that time, I have provided consultations and in-depth workshops to individuals and organizations hoping to enhance their knowledge and explore their approach with complex cases, LGBTQIA+ clients, culturally responsive care, and marketing. We will collaborate to improve confidence, reveal your unique strengths, and enhance nuanced knowledge for you and your team using humor and curiosity in an inviting space.

Why Reveal?
It’s harder than ever providing care to communities facing increasing barriers. On top of the daily stress, you might find it impossible to keep up with the latest science, approaches, and ways to explore direct service care and marketing. I have worked in corrections, VA, university medical, community mental health, and private practice settings alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, counseling psychologists, and counseling psychologists. I often noticed blindspots in settings that benefit from complementary lenses that different settings provided me. Part of why people continue to contact me for help is because I take a curious (and sometimes funny) approach working with my own clients and with professionals. I’ve felt what you’ve felt, and we’re all trying to improve the lives in our communities. This work can be intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be!
